Welcome to Journey To Destination (J2D), a non-profit platform dedicated to uniting Indian Christians across the globe. Our mission is to create a supportive and nurturing community where members can connect, assist, grow, volunteer, and support one another in faith and fellowship. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities for participating in this shared journey.
Ownership & Operator
Journey To Destination (J2D) is designed, developed and owned by urFIN Inc., a company registered in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada (urfininc.com).
J2D is a non-profit platform. urFIN Inc. does not intend to make money from J2D by any means, method or manner.
Any person or entity attempting to charge for, monetise or profit from J2D is not urFIN Inc. and is acting without authorisation. Please report such activity to contact@urfininc.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using J2D, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
3. User Responsibilities
- Honest Information: Ensure that the information you provide during registration and in your profile is accurate and truthful.

4. Account Usage
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activities conducted under your account.
- Single Account: Each member is permitted one account to ensure fairness and transparency within the community.
5. Community Contributions
- Volunteering and Support: Members are encouraged to volunteer, offer assistance, and contribute positively to the community.
- Content Sharing: Any content shared (testimonies, resources, or experiences) should align with the platform’s values and be free of harmful, divisive, or inappropriate material.
- Ownership of Contributions: While you retain ownership of the content you contribute, you grant us a license to use it for platform purposes, including sharing it with other members for communal benefit.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for illegal activities or purposes contrary to Christian values.
- Sharing content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to the community.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt the platform's services or violate the rights of others.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if your activities are deemed harmful to the community's harmony and values.
8. Disclaimers
J2D is a non-profit initiative, and while we strive to provide a secure and positive experience, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free services. Members participate and contribute at their own discretion and responsibility.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our operations or community needs. Updates will be communicated and take effect from the date of publication.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario,Canada, while embracing the values of Christian fellowship. In the event of disputes, members are encouraged to seek resolution through dialogue, mediation, and mutual understanding, upholding the principles of faith and community harmony.
Any legal proceedings, if required, shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Ontario,Canada, respecting both legal frameworks and the ethos of reconciliation that J2D stands for.
