User Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to Journey To Destination (J2D), a global platform connecting Indian Christians worldwide. By joining, you agree to the terms outlined in this User Agreement, which is designed to foster a respectful, supportive, and collaborative community for connection, growth, and service.
Ownership & Operator
Journey To Destination (J2D) is designed, developed and owned by urFIN Inc., a company registered in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada (urfininc.com).
J2D is a non-profit platform. urFIN Inc. does not intend to make money from J2D by any means, method or manner.
Any person or entity attempting to charge for, monetise or profit from J2D is not urFIN Inc. and is acting without authorisation. Please report such activity to contact@urfininc.com.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- Eligibility: Our platform is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, but members under [Insert Age] require parental or guardian consent.
- Registration: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and update your profile as necessary to reflect changes.

- Prohibited Activities: Any behavior that violates our values, such as hate speech, harassment, or spamming, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Member Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you share but grant J2D a license to display, share, or promote this content in alignment with our mission.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you share. Ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and does not infringe on others’ rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and branding associated with J2D, including our logo and design, are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
J2D is a community-driven platform. While we strive to ensure a safe and positive environment, we are not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from member interactions.
7. Dispute Resolution
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada, reflecting the platform's foundation and operational base. Members must also comply with the local laws of their respective countries or regions when accessing and using J2D.
In the event of disputes:
- Primary Jurisdiction: Disputes will primarily be subject to the laws and courts of Ontario, Canada.
- Community Mediation: Members are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably within the community through mutual dialogue or facilitated mediation.
- International Consideration: For members residing outside Canada, disputes will be addressed in a manner respecting their local jurisdiction, while aligning with the platform's terms.
8. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this User Agreement to reflect evolving community needs or legal requirements. Any changes will be communicated through updates to this page, with the effective date clearly stated.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for members violating this agreement or engaging in activities contrary to the community's values.
